The Role

The successful hire will need to have client facing knowledge and experience, able to produce high quality and professional client training as well as content for proposals and pitches. The PSL must also keep abreast of industry and commercial news and updates, ensuring the practice knowledge is fully up to date.

There will be a requirement to train and mentor lawyers in the team and participate in reviewing and streamlining policies, provide training sessions and update on regulatory development.

Requirements

You will be a Banking Professional Support Lawyer with at least 6 years PQE.Alternatively, you will have experience gained at a reputable firm within a recognised Banking practice as a practising lawyer looking for an opportunity to move into a PSL role.You will have good academics, with a degree in Law ideally. (min 2:1).Strong skills in drafting, negotiation and project management, foundation level people management and business development experience.The ability to manage and develop strong client relationships whilst also effectively providing support internally to the firm and colleagues.
