The Role

The firm are looking for a Head of HR for their West End office.

You will oversee 100 Solicitors and Partners in a holistic, stand-alone role in the firm, meaning this is an exceptional opportunity. You will carry out the full HR and administration service to the firm, including: recruitment, managing employee relations, disciplinary matters, dispute resolution and absence, payroll, business performance, development of HR policies/procedures, staff benefits and much more.

You will be responsible for delivering the firm's learning and development plan, assisting the Company's Training Principal to meet the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, assisting in engendering a culture of performance management which ensures individual responsibility, accountability and job satisfaction, assisting in the preparation of the Company's annual learning and development budget, assisting in maintaining the Company's Performance Management Framework, identifying and reporting on trends accordingly and much more.

You will need to have experience in designing programmes and delivery and using talent pools as well as leadership development and using functions to map succession planning.
