The Department specialises in advice to private individuals, companies, and trusts in specialist sector teams focusing on rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport, commercial and residential sectors.
As a result of organic growth, the firm now requires a Commercial Property Solicitor to strengthen and add value to its high-achieving Property Department.
This role can be based out of the Sheffield or Leeds office, emphasising WFH flexibility.
The principal areas of work would include:
Sales and purchasesLandlord and tenant and agricultural tenanciesSecured borrowing and lendingOur specialist sectors: rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport, commercial and residentialDevelopment sitesRegular property work, including title queries and registration work
You will be given autonomy across your transactions and gain exposure to more complex work alongside Senior lawyers and Partners. You will also be allowed to shape your career by focusing on particular areas of Commercial Property and becoming an expert within your field.
