Level of billings / earnings


Our team bill at an extremely high level which out paces and stands us apart from our peers within the industry. This is in part due to our level of investment and training we provide to all of our staff, but equally as important is our hiring process which continues to evolve to ensure we hire the very best of talent.


Many of our consultants earn pro rata. £100k+ within 12 months of joining JMC.
