Productivity apps for Lawyers

  • January 07, 2021

Is productivity a new year goal? Lawyers - you can bet there’s an app for that!

Let’s take a look at 3 of the best ones for helping you do your job more efficiently.

●      Notion

Forget Evernote, this app lets you organise, schedule, and manage. It gives you templates for calendars and embedding PDFs you can instantly drag and drop. There’s goal charts, trackers and ways you can organise and share information with colleagues or clients. Try it out and see for yourself.

●      Freedom

If you get easily distracted by Twitter, shopping online and just anything online that’s more interesting than the case you’re working on then get this app - it blocks your access to social media. Perfect for those of us who struggle with the willpower to stay away. It can sync block across all your devices whether you’re on Mac, Windows, iOS or Android.

●      Clio

This app lets you update case statuses, communicate with clients, review, share and upload documents - all from your phone. It’s extremely secure and flexible and helps you track time, view client information and it integrates with lots of other lawyer apps - making this one incredibly useful if you’re trying to work away from your desk.
