The role:

Opportunity for an established Tech, IP & Data Managing Associate 8+ years PQE seeking a varied and interesting diet of work with one of Bristol's leading teams.

This particular role will have a focus on clients in the Financial Services sector, handling a range of technology projects and advice relating to Fintech, tech procurement and outsourcing.

Working as part of the wider technology and commercial team, you will lead on strategic procurements and contracts; advise on technology projects; and deliver framework agreements, collaborations, software purchases, digital transformation projects, cloud migration and outsourcing.

Aside from fee-earning and leading on transactions, they're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who can deepen existing relationships and diversify new ones. You'll also show leadership qualities and have a say in the strategic direction of the practice whilst supporting juniors with their development.
