This practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer to join its Legal 500 accredited department, with genuine prospects for progression.

The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work.

This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.

Requirements & Salary:

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Associate 3+ PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
