The Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated property and/or dispute resolution solicitor with prior experience or a keen interest in specialising in the social housing sector. You will have the opportunity to:

  • Manage a caseload of disrepair cases for Housing Association and Local Authority clients.
  • Handling county court possession claims, injunction applications, and various other housing-related matters.
  • Offer expert legal advice on housing regulations, policies, and tenancy matters.
  • Collaborate with community organizations and government agencies to create positive housing solutions.


Requirements:

  • You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 2 years PQE and experience in property and/or dispute resolution
  • You will be able to work unsupervised and have experience of supporting junior fee-earners
  • You should have a good grounding in business development and networking
  • You should be an ambitious and driven individual looking for a long-term and rewarding career move
