The Role:

They are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer 6+ years of PQE to join the expanding Basingstoke, Hampshire office.

You will work as part of a highly experienced team, many of the Lawyers within the department have come from top Central London practices.

You find that there is a broad and very high-quality caseload; the work will include;

• Sale and purchase of property
• Mortgages
• Shared ownership
• Transfer of equity
• Matrimonial transfers
• Release of equity, and part/full exchange

You will be encouraged to work closely with other departments within the firm, giving you exposure to a wider variety of work.
