The Role

You will join a tier 1 Construction team with over 80 fee earners, 20 partners and a Senior PSL acting for their contentious arm nationally.
The role specifics entail:

• Acting for several FTSE-100 and local clients providing support and guidance to clients regarding various construction-related matters.
• Be a key thought leader and point of contact for these impressive national and international clients navigating the complex regulatory frameworks whilst also advising on their market approach to implementing frameworks.
• Develop the non-contentious team's legal skills and knowledge by way of training and updating clients and the team to ensure they are ahead of the curve on all legal developments.
• continue to develop their leading construction precedent documentation to ensure their reputation of being innovators in this field is maintained.

Ideal Candidate

• 7+ years in Construction law either fee-earning or acting as a professional support Lawyer
• Broad and in-depth experience in JCT contracts and other engineering contracts is a must
