The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Construction Disputes Associate to join this top 40 City of London law firm.

You will work across a range of contentious and non-contentious work streams, with a focus on the contentious work space. Your experience should be in work relating to both UK adjudications and Tech and Construction Court Litigation.

Within this role you will have a range of responsibilities, including; working on contracts in the form of NEC and FIDIC as well as other more standard forms. The work will also include TCC and adjudication, arbitration, and international rules such as ICC, LCIA, and UCTA.

The team's client base is diverse and includes acting for and against construction professionals, employers and contractors on a mix of transport, engineering, energy and infrastructure projects in the UK and around the world. Prior experience of working with such a diverse group will be advantageous.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with 6+ years of PQE.
  • You will have good organisational skills.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and desire to carry out business development. Utilise client focus initiatives and monitor service levels of client needs.
