The role

The firm is seeking a Residential Property Senior Associate / Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in the heart of the West End of London.

The firm currently has a real estate team of seven. The department is currently very busy and they have an influx of new work. Real Estate is a core practice area for the firm and they have an excellent client base that has been built up over the decades they have been established.

The firm is seeking a new senior lawyer that can come in to deal with a broad caseload, which will make for an interesting role. You will also work with the other partners to drive the department forwards. You will have a good level of autonomy within the role.

You will deal with a broad Residential Property caseload, which will include high-value transactions.

This role could prove to be a good stepping stone for a Senior Associate looking for a route to partnership.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience in business development is of advantage
• You should have first-class client and communication skills
• The firm is open-minded regarding the candidates background
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on the candidates background
