The Role
This firm is looking for a qualified Residential Property Lawyer with 3 years of experience to join their expanding Romsey, Hampshire office.
The team finds that good results are achieved by working closely with clients and building up trust and mutual respect relationships.
You will deal with all aspects of Residential Property, including flat and house sales/purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, Declarations of Trust, lease extensions, and freehold acquisitions.

The purpose of the team is to provide an efficient and highly personal residential property service by ensuring that each client has direct access to an individual who will progress their matter from instruction to completion.
Requirements:

• You will be a qualified lawyer (Solicitor/ Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
• You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience handling and managing Residential property matters
• You will have a great eye for detail
• Be ambitious and dynamic and work collaborative in a close-knit team
