The Role

Opportunity for a Real Estate Litigation Senior Associate 1-5 years PQE to join a leading dispute resolution practice, based in their Manchester office.

This role is offering a platform to work with corporate occupiers, investors/landlords, public bodies and developers on all types of commercial landlord and tenant issues as well as disputed break clause cases, rights of light, breach of covenant claims, misrepresentation/breach of contract, frustration and option disputes.

You will have a mixed caseload of matters to manage independently through all stages of the litigation process, whilst also working in teams on large disputes that are Partner-led.

The Ideal Candidate

• Is a motivated Real Estate Disputes solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
• Can manage their own workload, with supervision
• Is an excellent verbal/written communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
