The Role

• The property litigation team works for a range of clients which include some of the largest institutional landlords in the country; household name tenant occupiers; international commercial developers; major PLC residential developers; renewable energy investors and student accommodation providers.
• The team handles cases at all levels of the Court system, as well as before Tribunals and arbitration panels. The practice also provides advice on risk mitigation and management in the context of potential disputes and property-related regulation.
• You will work across a full range of property litigation matters, working with both small-scale property matters and large commercial real estate disputes.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Lawyer, 2-5 years PQE

• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
