The firm is seeking to hire a new Property Finance Partner to join the firm in their office based in the heart of London's West End.

Key Highlights:

Growing department: The firm currently has a small team of two dealing with property finance matters, but due to growth and an uplift in work, along with being added to new bank panels, the firm is seeking to hire a new property finance partner.

You will deal with both lender and borrower matters, across both residential and commercial property matters. You will work closely with the firms real estate department.

Requirements:

• You will be a Property Finance Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• You will be commercially minded and have displayed entrepreneurial flare in regards to networking and business development
• You should be someone that works well as part of a team
• Experience of mentoring and developing more juniors lawyers is to advantage but not essential
• Salary and package is competitive and dependent on your background.
