The role:

Do you have practical experience of advising on regulated procurement and commercial contracts and want to further specialise in this area of law? If so, I'm delighted to present this opportunity for a Projects (Procurement) Associate 3+ years PQE with one of the UK's most prominent teams, to be based in their Bristol office.

This hire can expect a rich and varied workload handling some of the largest, most complex and politically-sensitive regulated procurements in the UK on behalf of household name clients, including UK government departments and many key strategic suppliers to Government.

Together with esteemed expert colleagues, you will be supporting public sector clients by developing and implementing procurement strategies, drafting and negotiating bespoke tender and contract documentation, and providing practical and effective risk mitigation advice.

This firm is committed to investing heavily in the next generation of homegrown talent and, as such, will encourage you to shadow seniors on high-level tasks/meetings, as well as introduce you to their business development network so you can start building up your name in this space.

The ideal candidate:

  • Projects (Procurement) Associate 3+ years PQEwith strong academics and training
  • Solid practical experience of advising on regulated procurement and commercial contracts
