The role:

Opening for a dedicated Private Client Solicitor 4+ years PQE or CILEX who is looking to join a high-quality department, to be based in Radstock which is just outside of Bath.

The work will be varied and very interesting including but not limited to wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship and support for the elderly.

You will have the chance to enhance your technical abilities and industry knowledge by working alongside experienced private client lawyers who foster an inclusive working environment.

If you are STEP qualified or working toward this accreditation, this is highly advantageous but not a prerequisite.

The ideal candidate:

• Private Client Solicitor 4+ years PQE or CILEX
• Team player who enjoys working in a collegiate atmosphere
• Excellent communication skills and desire to get involved with business development
