The Role

This firm is looking for an NQ Private Client Disputes Solicitor or Associate to join their highly respected department based in Manchester.

This is a great chance to join this Top 50 Law firm's Wills, Trusts and Estate Disputes department, where you'll work alongside leading solicitors and experts on a stimulating mix of high quality privately-funded cases. You will also handle cases with alternative funding such as CFAs, LEI, ATE and BTE insurance.

Requirements:

• England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Recently qualified with experience gained within a leading Trusts and Probate Litigation team
• A strong appetite for business development
• Ability to build successful relationships with referrers of work, members of the bar and the legal profession.
• Ideally, you will be working towards becoming a member of ACTAPS and/or STEP professional bodies - this is not a requirement, but it could assist you in your application.
