The Role:

You will join one of the largest full-service Real Estate Teams on a global scale managing your own plot conveyancing case load from instruction through to post-completion.

This leading Corporate Real estate team acts for an exciting clientele including; FTSE 100, Fortune 100/200, Global company and major International Banks.

You will gain hands-on exposure to be heavily involved in part sale and exchange transactions. You will be the face of the firm interacting between internal stakeholders and external clients/stakeholders.

Requirements:
As a guide, this role would suit a Plot Conveyancer with 1+ years PQE

• Proficient in managing volume residential caseloads and part exchange & resale transactions.
• Keen to develop your skills and progress
• Self-Starter who wishes to gain hands one experience in UHNW plot sales.
