The Role
This is a great opportunity to work as a Partner within a leading silver circle firm's Corporate group, from their City of London office.

The Corporate team works with clients to deliver solutions for all of their corporate legal requirements globally, including M&A, capital markets, securities, corporate governance, commercial, data privacy and security, employee benefits, international trade, intellectual property, investment management, tax and private client.

You will be

• A Corporate lawyer at Partner level, or a highly ambitious MA/of Counsel with a track record of successful business development.
• Experience should have been gained within a leading corporate group.
