The Role

The firm is seeking a lawyer who has an established track record of success in Commercial Property and who is currently working as a Partner or seeking the opportunity to step up.

You do not necessarily require a client following but will need to demonstrate you have the business development, networking and management skills to build a successful practice. The Ideal Candidate

• Is an ambitious and experienced commercial property solicitor operating at, or ready to step up to, a Partnership position
• Has strong business development skills and an established network or a transferable client following
• Can manage a team in a supportive and friendly manner
• Is an excellent verbal/written communicator with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members alike
• Has a proactive, innovative and value-adding mindset
