The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Lawyer with 8+ years PQE to join this Top 40 City of London firm.
You will be;

• Advising on all aspects relating to the UK corporate insolvency processes;
• Advising on company voluntary arrangements and restructuring plans;
• Advising on transactions out of an insolvency process whether acting for seller or purchaser;
• Providing directors' duties advice and general trading advice for companies in financial difficulties;
• Advising on international groups and cross border insolvency related matters.

Within this role you will be advising on all non-contentious matters relating to the financial or operational restructuring of a corporate entity or a group of corporate entities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• You will have 8+ years PQE in a relevant field.
• You will have good organisational skills.
• You will have enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
