The Role:

Due to expansion plans this practice seeks a Leasehold Enfranchisement Associate to join its accredited department.

This practice has continued to grow and now has a client base that extends across the UK & Internationally. The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work. This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.

Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners who are prepared to invest their time and effort to help your career develop.

Requirements & Salary:

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer 3+ PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
