The Opportunity: Elevate Your Legal Career

The firm is looking for a talented Intellectual Property Partner to join their thriving practice, located in the heart of London's West End. Here's what you can expect:

Growing Department: You'll collaborate closely with two other Intellectual Property (IP) Partners. Although this is a fairly new department, there is a real demand from clients as a result of the firm's strong Corporate Commercial department, which is going from strength to strength.

You will be at the forefront of this growing department working with the other partners to drive the department forward, you will also lead a team of junior lawyers as the team grows.

Varied Caseload: You will deal with a broad caseload across many industry sectors, the broadness of the caseload will make for an interesting role. The caseload will include; Advising on trademarks, design rights, patents, IP licensing, brand protection strategies and brand portfolio management.

Strategic Leadership: You'll have the opportunity to work alongside the firm's partnership to shape and execute strategic plans, contributing to the firm's remarkable growth.

Mentoring and Development: You'll guide and develop the firm's talented junior team, leaving a lasting impact on their professional journey.

Requirements:

• You should be an Intellectual Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• Demonstrated commercial acumen and entrepreneurial flair for networking and business development
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to mentor and develop junior lawyers (preferred, but not essential)
