The role:

Opportunity for a Housing Management Solicitor/Associate 3-8 years PQE to join a leading firm in their Bristol office.

You will be working with social landlords (and other landlords) on a wide range of housing management issues, including possession claims; injunction claims; cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005; breach of tenancy claims; disrepair; access injunctions for gas and electricity safety and more.

Previous experience working for social landlords is essential, with experience of acting for housing associations being desirable.

The ideal candidate:

• Housing Management Solicitor/Associate 3-8 years PQE
• Previous experience of work for social landlords and/or housing associations
• Ambitious attitude with a strong working mentality
