The Role

This top 50 firm is seeking a Healthcare Inquests Associate to join their growing office in the heart of Manchester.

The department is looking to add to the team through organic growth. They are doing incredibly well in the market and have several exciting projects in the pipeline.

The firm have an enviable client base, from NHS Trusts to private healthcare providers and cover inquests, Court of Protection applications, Mental Health Tribunals and other regulatory challenges.

  • Manage a case load of files
  • Attend applications and hearings at court, including travel, and accompany counsel where necessary
  • Advocacy at pre-inquest review hearings and inquests
  • Achieve set financial and chargeable targets
  • Ensure relevant deadlines, quality measures and KPIs are adhered to
  • Comply with relevant policies and procedures

Requirements

  • You will be an experienced Regulatory Solicitor looking to grow the Manchester planning team
  • Ability to support the growth of the planning practice both nationally and in Manchester
  • You will have a meticulous eye for detail
