The role:

This is an unrivalled opportunity for an experienced Plot Sales Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive with a proven track record in this area of law to head up an industry-leading team in Manchester.

You will take the lead on:

• All aspects of legal site set up and attending site meetings
• Manage a team of 6 working on plot sales transactions from Initial Instruction to completion
• Manage financial performance of the team
• Supervise and develop junior team members
• Be a talented leader who can deepen existing relationships and utilise opportunities for greater collaboration across the firm.

The ideal candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Deep legal background specialising in plot sales
• Advanced communication skills and desire to get involved with business development
