The Role

This firm are seeking a Family Solicitor 3+ PQE to join them in their Family team in Bournemouth, Dorset.

This is an excellent chance to become a key figure in an incredibly successful law firm.

The case load will consist of:

• Financial remedy proceedings arising from divorce;
• Pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements;
• Private law childcare cases (contact and residence);
• Family law injunctions; and
• Child abduction (internal and external).

Requirements

• A Family Law Solicitor 3+ years PQE
• Personable individual with the self-motivation for business development and networking
• Experience with dealing with clients directly
