The Role:

The firm is now looking to expand its award-winning, Legal 500-ranked Employment team with an ambitious Employment Senior Associate 4+ PQE.

The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:

• Busy caseload of employment matters
• Representing tribunal hearings in; TUPE, Redundancy, Discrimination, Unfair Dismissal
• Client communications and advice in contentious and non-contentious matters
• Supporting, mentoring and coaching more junior members of staff
• Contributing to the overall business development plan of the department

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE
• Have gained experience across contentious & non-contentious Employment matters
