The Role:
The firm is now looking to expand its award-winning, Legal 500 ranked Employment team at Paralegal level.

The position involves aligning with the dynamic pace, customer-centric approach, and rigorous standards commonly associated with legal environments.
The role will be responsible for delivering successful outcomes such as:

• Legal research;
• Assisting and working alongside Employment advisors;
• Improve your communication and client facing skills by being directly involved with clients from day one.
• Prepare documents for Tribunals etc. and attend these with senior members of the team
• File Management on the Firms case management system;

Requirements:

• You will have gained an LPC of CILEx qualification
• Have a strong interest to work in the employment sector
• Have gained experience across contentious & non-contentious Employment matters
• A Self-Starter and able to work independently whilst also wishing to learn off their experienced solicitors
