The Role

This is an exciting role for an Employment Paralegal to join this leading West End firm, which has built an impressive reputation in the market.

Employment is at the forefront of all the work they do. This role will involve working with a highly regarded Employment department.

You will work alongside multiple fee earners, assisting assist on and manage a caseload of contentious and non-contentious work providing advice on all aspects of Employment Law including discrimination law, TUPE and Equal Pay.

• You will be an Employment Paralegal with solid experience in legal employment matters
• This role has excellent prospects for progression - this firm likes to grow organically, with multiple Partners being homegrown
