The Role

This international heavyweight firm are seeking to hire an Employment Paralegal to join their highly accolated department based from Liverpool.

The department is headed up by a Chambers and Legal 500 ranked Partner, who is at the top of their game. You will assist closely with them on interesting matters, giving you a platform to work your way to progress.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. In this role there will be a particular focus on tribunal based Employment work and this role requires you to have run your own caseload.

The team's caseload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work.

Requirements:

• You will be an Employment Paralegal with 6 months experience
• Experience in employment tribunals would be beneficial
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
