The Role

The firm are looking for an Employment Associate 2+ PQE to join their flourishing Manchester office in the heart of the City.

You will work closely with the leading Partners within the employment department, and be supported more generally across the firm, to drive the business forwards. You will work as part of a driven and commercially successful leadership team.

You will work on a varied and interesting caseload which will cover non contentious corporate support work including contracts and policies, HR support and insurance and pricing solutions.

This role comes with strong prospects to progress, in line with the growth agenda. The firm likes to push their lawyers with a view succession planning and are keen to find the next generation of senior Lawyers.

Requirements

• You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least 2 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
• Experience in high quality non contentious corporate support work
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and first-class communication skills
• You will have strong business development capabilities
