The Role

The firm is seeking a Data Protection Solicitor with 4+ PQE for their Highly regarded Education team in Manchester

The role will be based in the firm's office in the heart of Manchester, which is growing rapidly. You will have your own caseload, as well as supporting the Partners.

This role will focus on assisting the education team of the firm in guiding clients on various data protection law issues pertaining to both state-funded and independent schools.

There is already a busy current workload to take on and you will be empowered to build and grow externally with excellent levels of responsibility.
You will have the opportunity to develop your technical and client relation skills while working alongside a leading National Education team.

Requirements

• You will be a Data Protection Senior Associate with 4+ years PQE
• You will have strong technical knowledge in non-contentious and contentious Data Protection matters
• You should have first-class client service skills and be a result orientated individual
