The role:

Opportunity for a dedicated Court of Protection Associate 1+ years PQE to join a well-regarded practice in Manchester

This role would suit someone with a skill set in damages management for clients who have lost capacity as a result of personal injury or clinical negligence compensation, through the Court of Protection or by way of a personal injury trust. Or for elderly clients who have developed illnesses such as dementia.

You will manage the process of acquiring and adapting property, conduct budget planning and obtain applicable financial awards and show a track record in securing beneficial outcomes for clients.
