Opportunity for a Junior Corporate Tax Lawyer to join a leading L-500 Corporate Tax practice, based in their Manchester Office.

The specialized Corporate and Real Estate Tax Team is composed of over 13 lawyers distributed across their national offices, fostering close collaboration with counterparts in the Private Wealth Trusts, Estates, and Tax team. The team is known for its amicable and cohesive environment, providing excellent support at all levels.

The team provides a broad spectrum of corporate transactions and offers expertise in VAT, Stamp Duty, and SDLT planning.

This firm provides pragmatic advice; whether dealing with owner-managed businesses, private equity, unit trusts, properties, or funds, their services cover exit strategies, offshore structuring, groups of companies, and employment tax and remuneration planning, including redundancy considerations.
