Outstanding opportunity for an established Corporate Tax Associate with 1+ years PQE with the drive and ambition to be part of a leading practice in Manchester.

As part of this role, you will advise on a diverse range of legal matters including:

• Partnership and LLP Tax advice
• Corporate Structures and transactions
• Tax warranties & Tax Covenants
• Shared Ownership, Incentive Schemes
• Drafting of tax reports for corporate transactions

The ideal candidate:

• Corporate Tax Solicitor NQ+ PQE
• Highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated
• You will be someone who likes to be proactive, and who is flexible working both individually and as part of a team, with minimal supervision, able to manage several different cases and clients effectively.
