Due to this increase in workflow, an opportunity has arisen for a Corporate/Commercial Partner to join this leading practice operating out of their central London office. On offer is hybrid working 2 days from home each week.

They have a lot of work in the department so a following is not required.

With circa 90 staff across their 2 offices (central London and Hertfordshire), they are in the process of making some senior hires across multiple practice areas, as they build on their continued success.

The Role

This role will suit an ambitious Corporate and Commercial Partner who is looking for progression and equity.

The department currently has 6, led by 2 partners. There is an abundance of work in the team, so a following is not required.

The work is split equally between corporate and commercial matters and they specialise in the following: setting up your own company, business agreements, commercial contracts, joint ventures, M&A, management buy-outs and restructuring.

They also offer advice on shareholder and director rights and responsibilities, arranging exit events, share ownership and transfer rights and restrictive covenants.
