The Role:

You will join a National Corporate team in the firm's Manchester office.

Within this role you will gain firsthand experience and responsibility; whilst being supported and mentored closely by the senior members of the team, working on a full range of corporate legal services, with a strong focus on transactional work such as:

• M&A
• Management buyouts/in
• Trade sales and disposals

This firm acts on behalf of PE Funds, investee companies and fund managers and handles a broad spectrum of company re-organisations.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a Corporate Lawyer NQ to 2 years PQE
• Experience in Private M&A transactions
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
