The Role:

The private wealth department is ranked top tier in the legal 500 and chambers. They are renowned for dealing with some of the best quality work nationally and internationally.

Your caseload will include domicile disputes, challenges concerning the validity or construction of wills, acting for trustees and beneficiaries concerning breach of trust claims, applications for directions or removal, claims under the Inheritance Act, Property beneficial ownership / TLATA disputes, Professional negligence claims relating to wills, trusts or tax advice.

Requirements & Remuneration:

• You will be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE
• You will ideally have experience with court of protection work
• You will have strong business development capabilities and first-class communication skills
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience
