The Role:

This award-winning, Legal 500 firm are looking to appoint a Senior Associate Solicitor/Partner to its Construction department in Norwich.

The construction department manages a high-calibre caseload and takes advantage of excellent referrals from their Real Estate department.

You will demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge, with the ability to think commercially and analytically to ensure advice is tailored to each individual client's needs.

If you have an aptitude for identifying and securing profitable growth opportunities, this is an incredible opportunity to join a well-respected construction team that is primed for expansion.

Requirements:

• You will be a Construction Solicitor with 5+ years PQE (there is no upper limit on PQE and even the most senior solicitors are encouraged to apply)
• You will have experience with contentious and non-contentious matters
• You will be able to build and maintain strong client relationships
• You will have a desire to push your career forward and progress
• You are a strong team player with a 360 approach to referrals and business development
• You possess the ability to build credible relationships with those in the Construction industry
