The Role

• You will gain experience dealing in high-value contentious and non-contentious construction matters including both construction and infrastructure.
• The work will include working on a varied and interesting case load which involves working with clients from different sectors including Retail, Energy, Hotels & Leisure and Development.
• You will cover a broad range of construction matters including negotiating contracts, collateral warranties, parent company agreements, TCC litigation and instructing expects and settling pleadings.

Requirements

• You will be a Senior Associate with 5+ years PQE, with experience dealing with Contentious & Non-Contentious Construction Matters.
• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
