The firm is seeking to hire a new Construction Partner to join the firm in their office based in the heart of London's West End.

Key Highlights:

Growing department: The firm already has a successful and growing real estate department. This hire will mark the launch of a new construction department for the firm. The construction work is currently handled by the real estate department but due to growth of the department and the firm overall, the firm is looking to break construction off as a department in its own right.

The work will all be non-contentious construction.

You will come in and grow this new construction department, working with the wider real estate partners to drive the department forward. You will have a high level of autonomy to shape and make the department your own.

Requirements:

• You will be a Construction Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE+
• You will be commercially minded and have displayed entrepreneurial flare in regards to networking and business development
• You should be someone that works well as part of a team
• Experience of mentoring and developing more juniors lawyers is to advantage but not essential
• Salary and package is competitive and dependent on your background.
