The Role:
This is a stand out opportunity for a Competition Litigation Associate with 5+ years PQE to join this top 10 law firm in London.

You will be leading and supervising a team preparing for court and Competition Appeal Tribunal hearings. The role would primarily involve contentious work but there would be opportunities to be involved in other areas of competition law if this was of interest.

You will be involved in the development of litigation strategies and client advisories, the responsibilities include drafting submissions for competition authorities and courts, providing guidance on court and tribunal processes, and facilitating communication with opposing counsel. Coordination with legal counterparts is crucial for effective collaboration. Research and advisory work on competition law issues are integral, along with contributions to the development of knowledge and business development products within the legal framework.
