The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Company Commercial Partner to join their City of London office.

Working with Leadership

You will lead the department working alongside the other dynamic Corporate and Commercial partners. You will be at the forefront of driving the department's success, whilst also mentoring and developing more junior members of the team. You will work as part of a vibrant and diverse team.

You will also work with the partners to further develop client and referrer relationships, as well as participate in business development to build new client relationships. You will be fully supported by the firm's excellent marketing function.

Great Quality Work

You will join a dynamic and forward-thinking team that has an entrepreneurial spirit. The department works across a broad range of industry sectors which includes; Financial services, FMCG, Gaming and betting, Hospitality and leisure, Media and publishing, Real Estate, Fashion, and Technology.

Your caseload will be broad, making for an interesting caseload. Work will include but not be limited to; Commercial contracts, IP, Joint ventures and partnerships, shareholders agreements, M&A, private equity, start-ups and growth, investors funds, and venture capital.

Requirements

You will have at least 7 years PQE + Company Commercial (applications are welcome from even the most experienced of candidates
