The firm are looking for someone who can service the needs of large UK and multi-national businesses, SMEs, charities and entrepreneurs across a range of highly stimulating sectors like the life sciences, energy and tech.

The role

• You will work across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills.

Requirements

• Commercial Solicitor / Commercial Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE in a similar legal 500 ranked firm or in-house
• Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
