• This practice based in mid-Sussex are one of the most the regions most exciting law firms. This firm consists of several experienced paralegals and fee-earners and are considered one of the regions fastest growing firms

• You will deal with high-quality work which will include; Landlord and tenant, Acquisitions and disposals, Development and Investment work. This position will be accompanied with guaranteed progression, both salary-wise and position wise
• You will deal with a broad caseload, the variety of which will make for an interesting role within a truly exciting firm
• As well as handling a caseload, this is a great opportunity to lead and develop a team of NQ's, Paralegal's and Trainee Solicitors as well as play an active part in developing new clients

The ideal candidate

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor, likely with upwards of 4 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regard to the amount of PQE, applications are encouraged from even the most experienced of candidates)
• You will have a passion for Real Estate work
• You should have first-class communication skills
• Salary is competitive and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, you will also receive an industry leading benefits package
• A client following, local contacts and/or strong business development and networking skills are highly desirable
