Due to continued growth, are now seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this forward-thinking and dynamic firm in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Sevenoaks, Kent office.

You will join a team and you will also be part of the wider Commercial Property team across the network of offices. This team deal with a caseload of quality work, much of which is high value, dealing with an affluent customer base.

This will be a general Commercial Property caseload. You will deal with acquisition and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending, development and corporate support in relation to corporate transactions which include some form of property holding.

This role comes with fantastic prospects for progression with Partnership being on the cards.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will deal with a general Commercial Property caseload of high-quality work
• You will have the ability to deliver excellent client service
• This role comes with excellent prospects for progression
