The role

The firm is ideally seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Northwood Hills, North London office.

You will work closely with the Managing Partner dealing with a commercial property caseload. Often matters will have a corporate aspect and you will deal with the property side of the transaction. As mentioned above the firm is dealing with a large stream of work relating to the acquisition and disposal of pharmacies. You will assist with this but also deal with a larger array of other commercial property matters.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work. Work will include; acquisition and disposal, corporate support, commercial leases, investment and development as well as landlord and tenant.
